Before joining Cobzac & Partners, Vasile Catrinescu worked as criminal investigation officer, where he specialized in criminal law and contravention proceedings, acquiring practical experience in managing complex cases, drafting procedural documents and working closely with public authorities.
He holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (2021) and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences (2022) from the University of Craiova, Romania. This academic background, combined with his practical experience, has provided him with a solid foundation in both substantive and procedural law.
At Cobzac&Partners, Vasile focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, while also providing legal advice in areas such as corporate law, insolvency and restructuring, real estate and consumer protection.
