Nicoleta Chiriac

Nicoleta Chiriac completed her legal studies at the University of Craiova, Romania, where she obtained both her Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Private Law. Throughout her academic training, Nicoleta developed a strong foundation in civil law, which remains the core of her professional focus. Her areas of interest include civil law, with particular emphasis on family law, property law, and contract law, as well as commercial and corporate law. These fields represent the main focus of her academic and professional activity, where she combines solid theoretical knowledge with practical legal reasoning. As a member of the Cobzac&Partners team, Nicoleta is dedicated to continuous professional development, actively expanding her legal knowledge and refining her professional skills, with a strong focus on the practical application of the legal framework.
