Marcel Dimitraș has joined Cobzac&Partners in 2019 and has proven his deep knowledge of law and skills in the areas of consultancy and dispute resolution. Marcel’s work focuses primarily on corporate & commercial law, litigation and arbitration, intellectual property, labor law and contentious-administrative disputes. He has been previously involved in various legal projects including a three-week Internship Program organized by The Leavitt Institute for International Development at the Crown’s Prosecution Service of Alberta, Provincial Court of Alberta, as well as various Law offices in the cities of Edmonton and Lethbridge (Alberta, Canada). He has also been a project coordinator at the The Leavitt Institute for International Development, an organization with its primary focus on the promotion of the Rule of Law.
