Carolina Chebeș

Before joining our team, Carolina Chebeș was specialized in criminal and contravention law, representing the interests of her clients in courts and in front of the public authorities. Carolina has also actively attending different professional courses including, Conference”Responsible financing-perspective of the non-banking lending sector”, Conference ” fair satisfaction before the European Court of Human Rights”, Seminar ”The challenges of information technologies and IT security”. Her areas of expertise include debt recovery, arbitration, non-banking financial market, corporate law and white-collar crime.

WORK DEPARTMENT: Protection of economic competition, GDPR and protection of personal data, Real Estate, Consumer Protection, PPP projects, Insolvency and Restructuring, Bankruptcy and settlement proceedings, Enforcement of receivables, White-collar crime.
