Sandu Saracuta

Before joining Cobzac & Partners, Sandu Saracuța distinguished himself with great achievements among current students. He achieved notable academic success, securing the 2nd Place at the National Law Competition (2025) organized by the Ministry of Justice and the National Institute of Justice. Additionally, his research in Criminal and Private Law has been recognized with top awards at National Scientific Sessions. Sandu brings a unique set of skills developed during his tenure as the Executive Director of the National Association for Academic Debates (ANDA). In this role, he honed his abilities in public speaking, logical argumentation, and critical analysis. This background allows him to approach legal cases with a sharp, structured perspective and a focus on persuasive rhetoric. At Cobzac & Partners, Sandu provides legal assistance in complex litigation cases and commercial disputes. He focuses on legal research, drafting procedural documents, and analyzing case law, primarily in the areas of civil procedures and insolvency.
